Dominique Pluijgers

Dominique studied Law at Utrecht University after which she completed her master’s degree in Labour Law at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained legal experience as an intern at two major law firms. After graduating, she worked for over a year and a half as an employment law legal advisor at an organization focused on advising international clients. Dominique has joined Bronsgeest Deur Advocaten in June 2025. She advices on all aspects of employment law, including individual dismissals, reorganizations, employee participation processes, illness, employment conditions and restrictive covenants.
