Alain Hardy


Alain Hardy studied law at the University of Amsterdam and the Freie Universität Berlin. During his master’s period, he gained practical experience at two international law firms in Amsterdam. After his studies, Alain worked as an employment legal counsel for more than 2.5 years.

In April 2022, Alain joined Bronsgeest Deur Advocaten. He advises and litigates on all aspects of employment law, including individual dismissals, collective redundancies, co-determination procedures, international mobility, illness, employment conditions and restrictive covenants.

In addition to his role at Bronsgeest Deur, Alain is active as a board member of the Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA).
